The Institute was established to offer programs that address aspects of leadership, teamwork, and customer service that are often underestimated but are key success factors in organizations: Soft skills and Cross-Cultural Competence.
Under Soft Skills we understand the ability, character features, mindset, and behaviours that enable a person to interact effectively and harmoniously with others and maintain effective relationships on all hierarchical levels in long term to foster business and prosperity.
Under Cross-Cultural Competence we understand the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people from different cultures. Cross-Cultural Competence is essential for the success of global and multicultural organizations impacting all areas of business and business units, such as recruitment, people management, communication, motivation, advertising, and market access. Although Cross-Cultural Competence might fall under Soft-Skills, due to its dimension it deserves to be addressed and trained as a separate discipline.
The Institute is dual-headquartered in Switzerland and Morocco, where our programs are primarily offered face-to-face and online. Apart from Switzerland and Morocco, our programs can also be conducted in a destination of your choice.
The programs offered by The Institute are designed for global, international, and local businesses, healthcare institutions, educational institutions, public offices, etc. in the form of online programs and in-person events in English and German.
